Temptation (APH #1)
This piece started as an exercise in portraiture, to help me recreate missing elements from photographs. The composition was developed from a photo, used with permission, from the incredibly talented Caitlin Worthington...only the foreground was in focus, so the piece is "frankensteined" with random images I took of friends. "wait, roll up your pant leg, stand like this, let me climb on this chair to get the right angle." I'm very pleased with the end result. Recently on display at the St. Louis Artist's Guild's "Art of Illustration" exhibit in August.
