Handful (APO #6)
  • Handful (APO #6)

"Handful" is the second in my series of paintings exploring my love and fascination with Boston Terriers. This one is the product of a mashup of my baby girl, Gussie Mae, and an image a fellow Boston Terrier owner shared with me from when her dog was just a pup. The original was painted for, and donated to the St. Louis Effort For Aids' "Art of Paws" fundraiser. The organization assists critically ill people with the care and maintenance of their animals, driven by the idea that "Pets Are Wonderful Support".
